We encourage you to submit your recurring premium claims through your online portal. As a reminder, recurring premium requests must be sent each calendar year. If you receive your reimbursements via Automatic Premium Reimbursement (APR), no action is required. Note the 2023 Reimbursement Instructional Guide, which outlines important information about the reimbursement process, including new features such as the mobile app and upgraded online portal, was sent at the end of 2022.
